We are looking for a hard working, efficient and able Part time Cook for our small Catering Team at Avant Garden Centre.
The successful candidate must be able to work weekends for at least 13 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and cooking meals to order in a fast moving kitchen environment
Experience of use of combi ovens
Adherence to Health and Hygiene regulations
Stock rotation and control
Ability to assist with ordering and deliveries
Completing wastage records
Cleaning of work stations, cooking equipment, stores etc
Customer service and response to customer feedback with Cafe Manager
Relevant qualifications must be provided and references are essential.
